This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, access time, browser and system information, and traffic routing information may be processed to deliver the site, maintain reliability and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of this website. Technical data is retained only for as long as necessary for delivery, security and applicable legal obligations; retention depends on the service and type of data.

Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare’s data processing terms provide for safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing terms for details.

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Our email service is provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, based on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We delete correspondence when the matter is resolved and storage is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention obligations require continued storage.

4. Cookies and local assets

The website code does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, external fonts, social media embeds or local storage. Images and fonts are served locally or supplied by your device. Cloudflare may process technical information and use security mechanisms to protect the website.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

6. Provision of data

Technical request data is needed to deliver the website. Email contact is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without the information needed to handle your enquiry. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
